Pregnancy Resources: Care, Classes & Support for Moms-to-Be
Florida • Texas • Arizona • Ohio • Michigan • Iowa
Free help. No judgment. No sign-up with me required.
I’m Christopher Horne, a licensed health insurance broker — but this page isn’t about selling anything. Being pregnant — or supporting someone who is — comes with a hundred questions, and too many moms-to-be don’t know how much free help is out there. So I put together the real resources I’d hand to anyone who asked: nutrition help, free home visits, breastfeeding support, and people you can call day or night. It covers all sixteen states I’m licensed in. You don’t have to be my client. You don’t have to buy anything. If one of these makes your pregnancy a little easier, that’s enough for me.

Wondering What Insurance Covers?
Help with food, home visits, and classes is one piece of the puzzle — health coverage is the other. I wrote a plain-English guide to how pregnancy coverage works: what Marketplace plans must cover (prenatal visits, delivery, newborn care), how Florida Medicaid works for pregnant women, and the enrollment timing that matters.
