The Report Card
My numbers. Ask your broker for theirs. — Christopher Horne
Last verified: October 5, 2026. Every number below is real and sourced. Anything I can’t verify yet is marked “coming soon” — never guessed.
Insurance brokers ask for your trust — your income, your family, your health. Most of them will never show you a single number about how they actually run their business. I think that’s backwards. So here are mine.
The numbers
Each card shows the number, what it means in plain English, and exactly where it comes from. No rounding tricks, no invented stats.
270
Clients in my 2027 open-enrollment book
Every one of these is a person I’m personally responsible for getting right when open enrollment opens on November 1. Not a call center’s queue — my book.

274
Supplemental policies protecting 136 clients
Extra protection layered on top of health coverage — accident, hospital, dental, vision, and life policies across 136 of the families I serve.

Retention check-ins sent in 48 hours
On October 3–4, every client in their first 90 days got a personal check-in text from me. New clients don’t quietly drift here — I reach out first.

Clients touched by my referral engine
10 clients have already gotten my personal referral ask; 127 more are lined up to receive it. I grow on word of mouth — not ads.

The phone vs. self-enroll race
Since October 4 I’ve kept a running scoreboard: enrollments closed on the phone vs. enrollments clients do themselves through my link. I’m your agent of record either way — the race is just for fun.

How I run it
Not stats — rules. The operating promises behind this business, each one actually in force:
Rule
Every business text gets a reply
My text line (954-787-9118) is a text-first help line. Message me any question, any time — it gets answered. Even a simple “hi.”
Standing rule of this business since October 2, 2026.
Rule
Every self-enrollment reviewed the same day
Enroll online through my link and I personally review it the same day. Wrong plan, missing documents — I catch it and fix it before it costs you.
Standing rule of this business since October 4, 2026.

Organic only — $0 on ads
No paid advertising, ever. My marketing is referrals, daily content, and showing up: for example, 5 educational reels published to Instagram on September 30, plus daily posts across Facebook, Instagram, Threads, and LinkedIn.

Coming soon — verifying now
I’m pulling the source data for these before I publish them. I’d rather leave a card blank than print a number I can’t back up:

How fast you hear back when you text my business line. I’m measuring this from real logs — not guessing.
Status: verifying now. Will publish with methodology.

The share of my clients who stay with me year over year. The only number that really measures a broker’s work.
Status: verifying now. Will publish with methodology.
?

Status: verifying now. Will publish with methodology.

Status: waiting on Google verification (submitted October 4, 2026).
Why I publish this
Insurance is a trust business, and trust shouldn’t run on vibes. Brokers who won’t show you their numbers usually have a reason — and it isn’t that the numbers are fine.
Here’s my position, on the record: if a broker can’t tell you how many clients they have, how they keep them, and how fast they answer, they don’t deserve your business. Mine are above. Ask your broker — or any broker — for theirs.
I’ll keep updating this page as I verify more. The placeholders turn into numbers only when the data earns it.
Numbers I’m still confirming
Full transparency includes the to-do list. These are the numbers I still need to confirm from my own records before they go public — if you see this section shrink, it means the numbers graduated to the cards above:
- Total enrollments closed to date — reconciling carrier and enrollment records.
- Client retention rate — defining the measurement window, then publishing it with the math.
- Average text response time — measuring from real message logs, not memory.
- Public review count — pending Google Business Profile verification.
- Booked-call show rate — how many scheduled calls actually happen.
- First-90-days touch coverage — confirming every new client gets every scheduled check-in.
