There’s no portal to learn and no app to download. Text me at 954-787-9118 with your question — a bill you don’t recognize, a card that hasn’t arrived, a doctor you want to check, a document the Marketplace asked for — and I’ll take it from there. If it ever needs a quick call, I’ll call you myself.
Never text me your Social Security number, date of birth, or bank info. If I need anything sensitive, we do it on a call, the safe way.
