Every state has an insurance regulator whose job is to protect you — not agents, and not insurance companies. If an agent misled you, sold you a policy you didn’t understand, pressured you, or disappeared when you needed help — or if an insurance company mishandled or wrongly denied your claim — you can file a formal complaint with your state’s Department of Insurance. It is free, it is your right, and the state is required to look into it.
Most agents would never put this page on their own website. I will. If you believe I treated you unfairly, I want you to have this. Try me first — call or text (954) 787-9118 and I’ll work to make it right. If you’re still not satisfied, file below. My license is on the line in every conversation I have, and that’s exactly how it should be.

You don’t need a lawyer, and you don’t need everything perfect — file with what you have. Never pay anyone to file an insurance complaint for you; the state does it free.
One important note: complaints are filed with your state, on the state’s website — never through this site. I don’t see them, I can’t touch them, and no agent can make one go away. That’s the point.

Complaints about an agent or an insurance company go to your state, above. Problems with your HealthCare.gov account itself — logins, application glitches, tax forms — go to the federal Marketplace Call Center at 1-800-318-2596.
If your complaint involves a plan I helped you with, call or text me at (954) 787-9118 and I’ll dig in personally. And if we can’t fix it, this page stays right here.
State links verified October 2026 and checked against each regulator’s official site. Links go to official state government pages; if one ever stops working, search “[your state] department of insurance file a complaint” and file only on the official state site.
